Staying Up All Night Has Never Been This Fun

21 September 2012 by Jess

I know there are plenty of people who love 30 Rock, The Office, and Parks and Recreation, and I love some of the actors on those shows, too, but Up All Night is the only one I tune in for. It has two of my favorite funny people on it, and it really is a great show.

Up All Night

I don’t understand why the entire world is not watching this show. Christina Applegate and Will Arnett are some of the funniest people on television, and they play the sweetest, funniest, on-screen married couple in recent years. And let’s not forget, baby Amy is freakin’ adorable.

It’ll be interesting to watch this season as both Reagan and Chris start new jobs. With The Ava Show getting canceled, is Reagan going to be a stay-at-home mom, or is she going to work with Ava on her next “gig”? And Chris going into business with Reagan’s brother should be interesting. Love how they kind of Photoshopped the brother into the opening credits… Interesting choice.

I miss Jason Lee, though. He was a great counterpart to Ava, but it is only a half hour show, and you can only really fit so many characters into a sitcom on a regular basis.

Next week:

Monday is CBS premiere night. Oh yeah. How I Met Your Mother, 2 Broke Girls, the debut of the new comedy Partners (sooooo looking forward to seeing David Krumholtz on a regular series again!), and last but definitely not least, my favorite super-awesome super-cops on Hawaii Five-0!

I tuned out of Mike and Molly somewhat early on last year, so I will probably fill the 8:30 to 9 o’clock gap with the second half of Mob Doctor, and catch up online later. As far as Revolution goes, like I said, it’ll have its second chance, but it’ll have to wait until Tuesday morning on Hulu for me, because Five-0 takes precedence.

I’m still kind of waiting to see if the numbers for Revolution drop off because there are a lot of Five-0 fans, as well as a lot of Castle fans (Nathan Fillion love 🙂 who may switch over to other channels after The Voice is over, if they’re not already on CBS or ABC watching DWTS or CBS comedy night. Not that I hope it doesn’t do well, but I’m interested to see if my initial reaction was justified or not.

Hulu update: According to The Mob Doctor show page on Hulu, “We are able to post the last five episodes of The Mob Doctor to air on TV,” and “Episodes are currently available the day after air.” So, lucky for me, for now anyway, I can keep up with the show online while I get in my Monday dose of 2 Broke Girls. 🙂

Excitement! Tuesday’s post will be a little later in the day to give me time to catch up with a couple shows online, but it’ll be jam-packed with info on all these Monday night shows.

Have a good weekend, and tune in next Tuesday!

It affects chemicals in the body that are involved in the cause of some types of hurt. There are many medicines which give you things you need to be ready on your own terms. What doctors talk about viagra or cialis? It contains Sildenafil. Also known as erectile dysfunction is defined as the impossibility to attain an erection suitable for intercourse. Having erectile dysfunction can no doubt complicate dating. Many men take more medicines later in life and some have sexual side effects that will lead to impotency. Some of medications fuel desire. Certain far-famed medicaments can mean screwing with your orgasm. What is the most significant facts you perhaps know know about this?

About the Blog

This is a place to share my love and excessive fandom of film, actors, and television. I gush a lot, and I complain a lot, usually not simultaneously.

I share my take on the latest movies I’ve seen (some new, some new to me, and some classics that are worth a rewatch), and a little promotion here and there for shows or films that I feel deserve a little more attention than they’re getting.

So, kick back, settle in, switch on, tune in, or whatever you have to do and join in on the love for all things that move on-screen.
